If you’re not offering gift cards, you’re losing money. When someone purchases a gift card you get the money upfront and the receiver hardly ever uses the entire balance. If they do use the card, they will buy more. If someone gets a $50 gift card, they will end up buying some top shelf liquor because they have a credit.
